--Is there Minimum Order required ?
We doing retail and wholesale business,customers not limited to order fixed quantity,you can even order one pair, however different quantity get different discounts,if you would get a lower price,you should try to make an order at or about 6 pairs.  if your purchasing for re-wholesale,you can order 12 pairs/carton.


--How are shoes packaged ?
All packaged in its original box. Merchandises are carefully surrounded in protective material and packaged in a our inventory wrap. Be aware that shoe boxes sometimes become damaged due to poor handling by shipping carriers.

--Is there any extra cost happened to me when i recieving goods ?
There are no any extra cost happened to you,we have paid insurance and shipping cost in our side.


--When do I get my tracking number ?

--If there is a problem with the shoes I have received, what should I do ?

--If received the wrong order,what can i do ?
Customers have an option of either requesting a refund or and exchange for their merchandises,This request must me forward to us within 7 business days from delivery,and in both options,returned to our inventory within 10 business days from the date of receipt.
